Patricia Jasina, founder and owner of PowerHouse Performance Group, brings over 27 years of experience in technology and business operations. In her role managing helpdesk and desktop support teams in her early corporate years, she developed a keen ability for listening to and understanding the unique business requirements of each department for which her team supported. She leveraged that insight, bringing the information back to the developers and system integrators who built the systems to ensure end user's could work as intended.
Patricia was responsible for training her support team, supporting system implementations, and providing efficient, effective support to end users—all while delivering superior customer service.
In co-owning her own IT business for over 20 years, Patricia honed her operational expertise, while continuing to engage in client satisfaction.
This combination of skills enables her to deliver exceptional results for every client she partners with.
